As per the Law no.6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“the Law”), your personal data shall be processed by Caya Fuar ve Kongre Aş. (“Caya”) as the controller within the following scope.

1. Purpose of Processing of Personal Data

Caya acquires the personal data, which you have submitted to us via the Visitor Registration Form, with the purpose of offering you services and get in touch with you about the products and services provided/to be provided, evaluating the complaints and suggestions about our services, improving, developing, and varying our services submiting them to the natural/legal persons with whom we do business and inform those persons accordingly, organizing exhibition scopes in compliance with the expectations of exhibitors and visitors, monitoring and sustaining the event, informing about scheduled exhibitions, keeping records on exhibitors and/or visitors, maintaining marketing activities, getting to know customers, exhibitors, and visitors, enhancing mutual communication, conducting data analysis and research, improving service quality, executing activities via contracted entities for the services that are provided with you, and keeping entry-exit records on fairgrounds. The collected personal data is processed under the aforementioned purposes as per the conditions and purposes of the processing of personal data stated in Article 5 of the Law.

1. Transferring of Personal Data

Your personal data will be shared with our Group Companies, subsidiaries, business partners, suppliers, shareholders, competent public organizations and institutions as well as private entities within the scope of the conditions and purposes of the processing of personal data specified in Articles 8 and 9 in the Law, including performing works necessary for related persons to be granted with the services provided by Caya through business units and conducting the relevant business processes, performing the necessary works to actualize the conducted trade activities and conduct the business processes accordingly through the relevant business units, planning and executing commercial and/or business strategies of Caya, planning and executing the activities ensuring legal, technical and commercial security of Caya and persons that are in a business relationship with Caya.

1. Rights of Personal Data Owners on the Process of Data Processing

You may request information by sending an e-mail to info@afextr.com to exercise your rights on your data as personal data owners. When you submit your requests to us, our company will conclude your request free of charge to be no later than thirty days according to the nature of your request.

However, where the transaction requires an extra cost, the fee determined by the Board of Protection of Personal Data shall be charged. In this regard, the information you may acquire from our Company is listed below:

 

• To be informed whether their personal data is processed or not,

• To demand information if their personal data is processed,

• To be informed about the processing purpose of the data and whether they are used according to the purpose or not,

• To be informed about the third persons to whom personal data is transferred within the country or abroad,

• To demand personal data be corrected in case they are processed inadequately or incorrectly,

• To demand personal data be deleted or destroyed within the scope of the conditions suggested in Article 7 of the Law,

• To demand that the third parties to whom their data is transferred are informed of the operations that are performed as per the sub-paragraphs (d) and (e),

• To object to any result against them, which is obtained through the exclusive analysis of data processed by automatic systems

• To demand compensation for damage in case they suffer a loss due to the illegal processing of personal data.

CONSENT NOTICE FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Our company Caya Fuar ve Kongre Aş. (“Caya”) is a “data controller” in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) in connection with the personal data of customers and this Consent Notice aims to obtain express consent on personal data processing activities performed by Caya in accordance with the applicable Law. Express consent of the customers is required for the processing of personal data by Caya in case of the following events that do not meet the criteria for personal data processing as specified in Articles 5/2 and 6/3 of the Law.

Accordingly, the personal data which is acquired by Caya via the Visitor Registration Form can be disclosed to the persons specified in the Information Notice for the Processing of Personal Data with the main purpose of sending e-mails and making calls to plan and perform sales and marketing activities of products and/or services of Caya for the aforementioned purposes through creating campaigns aimed at visitors and persons, informing visitors about new exhibitions, offering special opportunities to exhibition visitors by business partners of Caya, performing cross- sales, determining the target group, conducting activities that improve user experience by following customers’ movements, conducting direct or indirect, customized marketing and remarketing activities, conducting custom segmentation, targeting, analysis and internal reporting activities, planning and performance of market researches and customer satisfaction activities, offering and promoting products and services of Caya upon customization based on taste, habits and needs of the concerned persons, planning and performance of customer relations management processes.

Veri Sorumlusu Kimdir?

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“Kanun”) uyarınca, kişisel verileriniz; veri sorumlusu olarak Caya Fuar ve Kongre A.Ş. (“Caya”) tarafından aşağıda açıklanan kapsamda işlenecektir.

 

Kişisel Verilerinizi Hangi Amaçlarla İşliyoruz?

Caya, Ziyaretçi Kayıt Formu kapsamında tarafımıza iletmiş olduğunuz kişisel verileri, sizlere hizmetlerin sunulabilmesi ve aldığınız/alacağınız ürün ve hizmete ilişkin iletişim kurulabilmesi amacıyla, hizmetlerimiz ile ilgili şikayet ve önerileri değerlendirmek amacıyla, hizmetlerimizi iyileştirmek, geliştirmek, çeşitlendirmek ve ticari ilişki içerisinde olduğumuz gerçek/tüzel kişilere sunabilmek ya da bilgi vermek amacıyla, fuar kapsamlarının katılımcı ve ziyaretçi beklentilerine uygun şekilde planlanması, etkinliğin izlenmesi ve sürekliliğinin sağlanması, yapılması planlanan fuar etkinliklerinden haberdar edilmesi, fuar katılımcıları ve/veya fuar ziyaretçilerine ilişkin kayıtların tutulması, pazarlama faaliyetlerinin sürdürülmesi, müşterilerimizi, fuar katılımcı ve ziyaretçilerini tanımak, karşılıklı iletişimi artırmak, veri analizi ve araştırma yapabilmek, hizmet kalitesini artırmak amacıyla, anlaşmalı olunan kurumlarla size sunulan hizmetlere ilişkin faaliyetlerin yerine getirilmesi amacıyla ve fuar alanlarının giriş çıkış kayıtlarının tutulması amacı ile şirketimizce elde edilmektedir. Toplanan kişisel verileriniz Kanun’un 5. maddesinde belirtilen kişisel veri işleme şartları ve amaçları kapsamında bu metinde belirtilen amaçlarla işlenmektedir.

Kişisel Verilerinizin Aktarımı

Kişisel verileriniz, Caya tarafından sunulan hizmetlerden ilgili kişileri faydalandırmak için gerekli çalışmaların iş birimleri tarafından yapılması ve ilgili iş süreçlerinin yürütülmesi, yürütülen ticari faaliyetlerin gerçekleştirilmesi için ilgili iş birimleri tarafından gerekli çalışmaların yapılması ve buna bağlı iş süreçlerinin yürütülmesi, Caya’in ticari ve/veya iş stratejilerinin planlanması ve icrası, Caya ve Caya ile iş ilişkisi içerisinde olan ilgili kişilerin hukuki, teknik ve ticari iş güvenliğinin temini için gerekli olan aktivitelerin planlanması ve icrası da dahil olmak üzere Kanun’un 8. ve 9. maddelerinde belirtilen kişisel veri işleme şartları ve amaçları çerçevesinde Grup Şirketleri, iştiraklerimiz, iş ortaklarımız, tedarikçilerimiz, hissedarlarımız, kanunen yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşları ile özel kurumlar ile paylaşılabilecektir.

 

Kişisel Veri Sahibi Olarak Veri İşleme Sürecine İlişkin Haklarınız Nelerdir?

Kişisel veri sahipleri olarak, verileriniz üzerindeki haklarınızı kullanmak amacıyla;

 

info@afextr.com adresine mail atarak bilgi talebinde bulunabilirsiniz. Taleplerinizi bize iletmeniz durumunda, şirketimiz talebinizin niteliğine göre talebi en geç otuz gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandıracaktır. Ancak, işlemin ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirmesi hâlinde, Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’nca belirlenen tarifedeki ücret alınacaktır. Bu kapsamda şirketimizden edinebileceğiniz bilgiler aşağıdaki gibidir;

 

Kişisel veri işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,

Kişisel verileri işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,

Kişisel verilerin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,

Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,

Kişisel verilerin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme,

Kanun’un 7. maddesinde öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde kişisel verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,

(d) ve (e) bentleri uyarınca yapılan işlemlerin, kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,

İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle kişinin kendisi aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,

Kişisel verilerin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğraması hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme.

KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN İŞLENMESİNE İLİŞKİN RIZA METNİ

Şirketimiz Caya Fuar ve Kongre Anonim Şirketi (“Caya”), müşterilere ilişkin kişisel veriler bakımından 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu kapsamında “veri sorumlusu” sıfatına haiz olup işbu Rıza Metni ile söz konusu Kanun uyarınca müşterilerin Caya tarafından gerçekleştirilen ve Kanun’un 5/2 ile 6/3 maddesinde yer alan kişisel veri işleme şartlarının karşılanamadığı, aşağıda belirtilen kişisel veri işleme faaliyetlerine ilişkin açık rızalarının temini hedeflenmektedir.

 

Bu bağlamda Caya tarafından, Caya Ziyaretçi Kayıt Formu ile alınmakta olan kişisel verilerin; ziyaretçilere yönelik ve kişiye özel kampanyaların oluşturulması, Ziyaretçilere yeni fuar bilgilendirmelerinin yapılması, Caya iş ortakları tarafından fuar ziyaretçilerine kullanabilecekleri özel fırsatların sunulması, çapraz satış yapılması, hedef kitle belirlenmesi, müşteri hareketlerinin takip edilerek kullanıcı deneyimini arttırıcı faaliyetlerin yürütülmesi, doğrudan ve doğrudan olmayan pazarlama, kişiye özel pazarlama ve yeniden pazarlama faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesi, kişiye özel segmentasyon, hedefleme, analiz ve şirket içi raporlama faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesi, pazar araştırmaları, ziyaretçi memnuniyeti aktivitelerinin planlanması ve icrası, Caya’in sunduğu ürün ve hizmetlerin ilgili kişilerin beğeni, kullanım alışkanlıkları ve ihtiyaçlarına göre özelleştirilerek ilgili kişilere önerilmesi ve tanıtılması ile müşteri ilişkileri yönetimi süreçlerinin planlanması ve icrası amaçları da dahil olmak üzere genel anlamda Caya’in ürün ve/veya hizmetlerinin satış ve pazarlama süreçlerinin planlanması ve icrası kapsamında Elektronik ileti gönderimi ve Arama yapılmasına ve bu amaçlara yönelik olarak Kişisel Verilerin İşlenmesine İlişkin Aydınlatma Metni’nde belirtilen taraflarla paylaşılabilmesini  kabul ve beyan ederim.
